Full price is base character + background price + price of props/pets/extra characters if any

Personal use commissions may not be used for profit under any circumstance

You may NOT edit commissioned artwork, claim the art as yours, or upload it into anything that generates AI art

If you do not receive a DM from me within two weeks, your commission has been declined

Commissions are digital illustrations only (no VTuber models, animations, design sheets, traditional art, etc.)

I will not draw anything that doesn't have a character as its main focus (landscapes, animal portraits, etc.)

Commissions will only be drawn in my style, I will not draw realism or in any other art style

Changes and tweaks can be made during the process (color changes, expression, etc.)

Major changes post sketch phase are allowed twice before a fee will be charged, I may decline a change for any reason I deem fit

I can decline any commission that I am not comfortable doing

There is no definite waiting time as it depends on the queue and how busy I am, however I will typically try to take no longer than a month to finish a commission once I have started

If you need it by a certain time, I will need to know at least 2 weeks in advance of the deadline

Please let me know if you want the commission to be private, otherwise I might post it on my socials or livestream the process on Discord or Instagram

If you change your media handle before your commission is done, please let me know where I can still contact you

At least 50% payment required upfront, after sketch phase I will require payment in full

Refund amount depends on how far in the commission I am, there will be no refund if it is close to completion

If I have to cancel the commission, you will be refunded in full

Please provide a reference of the character, if it is description only please try to provide images (I may charge a $15 fee if description is too vague)

When ordering I will require the following: Sketch or full render, how much of the character (headshot, bust, etc), type of background, and any additional characters or props

Other details such as pose or facial expression are highly appreciated but not necessary

I will draft thumbnails of different compositions for you to choose from if you have no clear idea in mind

Process will consist of thumbnail > rough sketch > linework/clean sketch > flat colors > rendering

I will try to send an update at least once every two weeks once I have started, you may also request updates if you do not hear from me
